San Francisco Penitencia Church

San Francisco Penitencia Church is a church that is an ancient architectural monument. The building was built in 1757 by the Order of the Minims of St. Francis Paula, founded in 1756. The seemingly unremarkable temple inside impresses with its splendor. The walls and ceiling are richly decorated with gold, and the most beautiful frescoes on the windows give the church an inner radiance.

Installed in the center of the temple beautiful altar is often decorated with live white flowers. Benches for prayer are made exclusively by hand and supplemented with carved drawings. The entire interior of the temple is decorated with frescoes, mosaics and sculptures in the Baroque style, which indicates the richness and grandeur of the temple.
