Abrico Beach

Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Description:

Abrico Beach is the only nudist beach in Rio de Janeiro. It is located southwest of the city center and enjoys huge popularity, attracting many fans of naturism.

Abrico Beach is a two-kilometer strip of golden sand, surrounded on all sides by picturesque hills. Here it is very beautiful - the purest sea water is perfectly combined with an abundance of tropical vegetation covering the mountains closest to the beach. This paradise place was chosen by nudists in the forties of the twentieth century, and a few decades later the beach received official status.

In general, Abrico Beach is an ideal place for those who like to swim and sunbathe naked. The surrounding hills securely protect the beach from the city, turning Abrico into a very quiet and secluded place.
