About the company:

The ship-museum Bauru is a decommissioned destroyer of the Brazilian Navy, now turned into a popular tourist attraction. The ship is located in the port of Rio de Janeiro along with other floating museums.

The destroyer USS McAnn was built in the US and launched in 1943. Initially, the ship sailed under the American flag, performing various combat missions on the sea fronts of World War II, but a year later the destroyer was transferred to the Brazilian government as military assistance. In 1944, the ship received its current name - Bauru. The ship was part of the Brazilian Navy for almost 40 years, and after its decommissioning in 1982 it was turned into a floating museum.

Today, the ship-museum Bauru is one of the main decorations of the city port of Rio de Janeiro. The most interesting excursions are carried out on the ship, which will surely appeal to all lovers of ships, military history and military equipment.
