About the company:

The Amsterdam Sauer Museum tells visitors about rare minerals and precious stones. It is the most complete private gemstone museum in South America.

The collection of jewelry was collected by Jules Roger Sauer for almost 70 years, and today the museum presents more than three thousand precious stones, among which emeralds, rubellits, aquamarines, topazes and other noble stones impress with their beauty. Some of the stones presented here are described in the Guinness Book of Records, and giant crystals have been awarded prizes at international exhibitions.

The museum was founded in 1989.

Entrance to the museum is free.

It can be visited from Monday to Friday from 10am to 19am, and on Saturdays from 10am to 14am.
