Len is Maranhenses Park is an amazing place located on the Atlantic coast in Brazil. More than 1,500 square kilometers of sand dunes fill with water during the rainy season, forming stunning landscapes with numerous lagoons.
The territory of the park has been protected since 1981, movement on it is possible only on specially equipped trucks. Most of the territory is occupied by wide dunes of white sand. During the rainy season, the valleys between the dunes fill with water, forming numerous lagoons. The dunes filled with water are perfect for swimming, attracting the cleanest beach and water. Lagoons are also a place of fishing, whose eggs are brought from the sea by birds.
