Central Street

The central street of the city of Vrchlabi - Krkonošsk street - passes through the whole city, but attracts tourists at the intersection of the historical center, which is located around the main city square - Namesti Peace. The square, small in size, is decorated with the Mariana plague pillar. The most beautiful attraction of the square is the Gothic Church of St. Lawrence, which was built in the XIX century, having a high bell tower with clocks and turrets on the roof. Further along Krgonoshskaya Street there are small two-storey petty-bourgeois houses, some of them serve housing purposes, and some are commercial.
