In fact, the idea of healing on the waters is as old as the world of God, but it rushed to the modern state only in the era of the European Enlightenment. It was then that the thoughts of doctors began to break away from the medieval savagery.

And it was at this time that the pluralism of historicism was born and crinoline became fashionable.

On the wave of renewed consciousness, “on the waters” rushed to heal inflation, and at the same time to hang out aristocratically.

• In 1793, with the stroke of a pen, Emperor Franz created Frantishkov Lazni.

• In 1818, “from the darkness of forests, from the seas and blats” appeared Mariana Lazni.

• In the second half of the XIX century to Karlovy Vary rolled a wave of chic architecture.

All three resorts burst from luxurious eclectic palaces and masterpieces of the secession era.

However, for all the similarities, Karlovy Vary, Frantishkov Lazni and Mariana Lazni are not at all similar to each other.
