Czech Krumlov
Description:
Czech Krumlov is the pearl of Czech medieval architecture. The town has been preserved in its original form since the reign of Rozhmberki. The scarlet rose - the coat of arms of this family - can still be seen in plaster paintings, stained glass windows and roof wings.
In the nearby mountains, the Vltava River originates, and, bent like a snake, its stream permeates the city. Above the splendor of the medieval landscape stands a majestic castle, the first mention of which dates back to the 13th century.
Since 1992, Czech Krumlov has been officially included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
During the tour you can visit:
- the historical center of the city and admire the luxurious facades of ancient houses, painted in sgraphito technique;
