Knight's tournament in the estate of Detenice

You have probably already visited many castles of the “knightly era”. I invite you to a real knightly tournament, which takes place in the estate of Detenice. Of course, you have already heard about this unique place: a Baroque castle with richly decorated interiors, old furniture and wall paintings. Although to a greater extent the estate attracts tourists not only the beauty of the interior decoration of the castle, but most importantly - the opportunity to feel yourself in the distant past. Of course, meeting the knights of the era of King Arthur is an unforgettable experience! You will see sword fighting, competition in accuracy and speed on horses.

Also on the territory of the castle Detenice is a real tavern, crossing the threshold of which, you will immediately forget what century you live in. This is what the taverns and yards looked like in the 16th century. The halls where the restaurant is located are illuminated by light from burning torches, straw lies on the floor, and animal skins are hung on the walls. Here you can have lunch or try beer brewed according to ancient recipes.
