About me and my experience
Alexander Miller
Licensed guide in the Czech Republic since 2009
I'm from Kazakhstan. Since 2007, I have been living in the Czech Republic, a country I first studied for myself and then made my profession.
Behind - without exaggeration thousands of excursions, trips and routes.
From the first walks in Prague to the difficult routes in Europe – from Krakow to Milan.
I'm not just showing cities. I help them navigate – at the level of meaning, atmosphere and sensations.
How I work.
People come with different tasks:
See the maximum, relax, spend time with loved ones or understand the place deeper.
So I don’t give one tour for everyone.
I collect the format for you - your rhythm, interest and state.
My task is not to load facts, but to make you understand and feel the place.
The complex themes are simple and lively:
History, geology, philosophy, art – through people, fates, details and legends.
Formats I work with
Design of tours
I collect for you a turnkey route: structure, logic, points, meanings.
You travel on your own, but with a clear and thoughtful plan.
Express tours
Maximum impressions in a short time.
High tempo, concentration, clear rhythm.
Insta-tours
Routes to the most spectacular points.
Where it is beautiful, visually strong and memorable.
Classic excursions
The main attractions through history and art history.
Understanding of eras, context and cultural layer.
Tours "from the local"
How they really live here.
Life hacks, the rhythm of the city, everyday philosophy and the spirit of the place.
Philosophical walks
The connection of times, the logic of history, the conflicts of generations.
Talk about where we're from and where we're going.
chicherone
An ironic, sometimes satirical format.
History and culture through humor, detail, and “unofficial” plots.
Beer tours
How to “read” beer culture?
What, where and when to drink – and why it is necessary
Who do I work with?
Most often it's:
- family
- friend
- pair
- Guests you want to be especially attentive to
It’s not just where we go, but how you feel in the process.
