Vysegrad History Museum
V pevnosti 159, Vy&scaron ehrad, Praha
About the company:
The Visegrad History Museum is a whole historical complex in Prague, where the legends of Visegrad are opened. Another museum is called Gotický sklep, translated from the Czech "Gothic basement". Here, with the assistance of the Museum of the capital of Prague, since 2006, the permanent exhibition “Historical image of Visegrad” has been working.
Here you can see how Vysegrad changed in different historical epochs. The exhibition presents archaeological excavations, such as an ancient sarcophagus, a medallion of the XI century or finds about ancient people who lived in these parts even before the birth of Christ.
The exhibition is open daily. Entrance fee.
