Artbank Museum of Contemporary Art

Artbanka (AMoYA) is a contemporary art museum and original non-profit project curated by independent Slovak art historian Vlado Beskid. The palace, located in the center of Prague and abandoned for several decades, in just 4 weeks turned into a unique center of modern youth art.

AMoYA is a kind of interactive presentation of contemporary art demonstrated in an international context. It is a platform for meetings and communication of young cultural figures, as well as their teachers.

The museum is distinguished by a combination of permanent and changing exhibitions, which are collected from the works of Czech art of the last 20 years and the program “Young Fine Arts”, which presents the works of students, teachers, graduates of the universities of culture of the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
