Description:
The fountain on Mikulasha Square from Gusa is a large stone container of polygonal shape, in the center of which an antique vase rises, from which the water falls down.
Interesting history of this building. In the middle of the XIX century, a decision was made to establish another fountain on Jan Žižka Square, which would be adjacent to the already installed fountain with a sculpture of a knight with a banner. For this purpose, a stone structure with an antique vase was prepared, but during the installation, the foundation broke down, which did not allow the installation of a fountain on Jan Zhizka Square. Then the fountain was moved to Mikulash Square from Gusa, where it stands to our time.
