Description:
The Czech castle Jaromneržice nad Rokitna is located in a small town of the same name and is its visiting card. The palace was built in the XVI century in the style of the late Renaissance, but when the owners changed, it was rebuilt in the Baroque style. The castle was one of the largest music centers in Europe. After the war, a museum, an art gallery appeared in the castle and a beautiful English park was created.
Visitors will be presented with an ancestral hall with portraits of members of the Quinstenberg family, a Chinese salon and a dance hall that have preserved the pomp of the Baroque interior. On the territory of the palace there is a church with a rich interior painting and the largest dome among the churches of the Czech Republic. The palace is used for various cultural events.
