Lake Light

Lake Light is located in the south of the city of Trzebon. The pond began in 1574, when a dam was built and one of the suburbs of Svinensk Trebon was flooded. The original name of the lake was “Ingratitude”. The area of the lake is 360 hectares, is considered one of the largest in the Czech Republic.

There is a park adjacent to the lake and there is a large beach on its shore. The lake is rich in fish, carp, roach, bream, perch are found here, which attracts tourists who are fond of fishing. Water sports events are held on the lake, such as canoeing or rowing competitions. Around the lake there is a cognitive track-route "Road around the world".
