This time we will visit an incredible place located between two mountain ranges: The Salt Mountain Range (Moon Valley) and the Domeyko Mountain Range. At first, the landscapes do not suggest anything interesting, a solid desert. But suddenly we stumble upon something unusual. Seven turquoise-coloured salt lagoons.
Therefore, the unofficial name of this place is “Hidden Lagoons”. You can swim in two out of seven. These lagoons contain slightly less salt than the Dead Sea. So you can just lie on the water, enjoying the scenery around.
