Behind Pablo Neruda's rhyme

Description:

Excursion "behind the rhyme of Pablo Neruda"

This tour will be interesting for those who are fond of culture, read a lot, are interested in art and, in particular, poetry. As part of the tour, we will visit the house-museum of the famous surrealist poet Pablo Neruda, as well as, if possible, the fishing shipyard, the beach and the largest pool in South America in the San Alfonso Del Mar complex. In addition, you can visit a small winery nearby (the program with additions is discussed separately).

Meet the most famous of Chilean authors, Nobel Prize winner in literature, surrealist poet and diplomat, Pablo Neruda – part of the national heritage of Chile. Lovers of syllable art, and just people who are highly educated, are familiar with the work of this person or at least have heard something about him. A trip to Chile can be a unique opportunity for you to get acquainted with the land on which he was born and lived, which gave him inspiration, and the salty Pacific wind fills the lines of his works.

In the central region of Chile, the poet’s family had three houses, each of which preserves the spirit of Pablo Neruda, his mood and each of them has its own name.

At the foot of the hill of San Cristobal, in the bohemian district of Santiago, on a street reminiscent of good old Europe, there is the house of the poet La Chascona, the decoration of the Barrio Beyavista. On a hill with magnificent views of the bay and the city of Valparaiso, there is another house of the Neruda family - La Sebastiana. And finally, an hour to the South, along the coast, surrounded by pine trees and wind, listening to the noise of the ever-troubled ocean, is the beautiful Isla Negra manor. I offer you a journey full of beauty, poetry and inspiration, the roads of Pablo Neruda. First of all, I invite you to the most beloved house of the poet - Isla Negra. If you do not have time for it, write and we will plan a visit to one of the two museum houses together. If you have a full day to dive into rhymes, we will go to the coast of the central region, to the village of Algarrobo, where we will visit the Isla Negra estate, meet a magical sunset and imbue with the poetic and contemplative state of gulls hovering over the sea ...

You will get to know the author of winged lines, sensual and bright, like Chile itself, a trip “behind the rhyme of Pablo Neruda” will enrich your trip to Chile. As part of this tour, time is laid for lunch in the restaurant, where you can taste dishes from fresh gifts of the Pacific Ocean. In the evening, we will return to Santiago, conscious of everything we have seen, to the verses of the genius of rhyme and philosopher, Pablo Neruda.

* This tour can be combined with a trip to the wine valleys of Casablanca, Leida and San Antonio, as well as diving off the coast of Chile, or with an excursion to Valparaiso, as well as fishing off the coast of Chile
