Forestal Park

The park is located in the city center, near the National Museum of Fine Arts and occupies a huge area. Walking through the park creates a feeling that you are not in the center of a noisy metropolis, but on some very beautiful island.

Along the alleys, there are banana trees and monuments to the Latin American poet Ruben Dario, writers of the liberation era and at the same time Christopher Columbus. Almost every day there are book fairs and cultural festivals in the park, actors play on the stage of the open theater.
