Lake Nordenskold

Torres del Paine National Park in Chile is rich in picturesque landscapes, its flora and fauna. It is also known for its lakes. One of them is called Nordenskold, after the Swedish explorer.

The shores of the long lake are quite empty, although there are hills overgrown with a rare forest. And on grassy meadows near the lake live guanaco lamas. A magnificent panorama of the landscape is the mountains of the park. On the observation deck of Lake Nordenskjold, the famous granite horns of Los Cuernos are perfectly visible.
