About the company:

Pablo Neruda House Museum is located in Santiago, the capital of Chile. This museum is dedicated to the outstanding Chilean poet, historian and diplomat, Nobel Prize winner. It is located in the house built by the poet for his secret mistress, and later the third wife of Matilda, and in which he lived with her for the last twenty years of his life, from 1953 to 1973. Locals called the house-museum an interesting name - La Chaxon, which means "red-haired", which was Matilda.

The interesting architecture of the house is that it is literally cut into the rock. Speaking of Pablo Neruda, it is worth noting that he was simply obsessed with the sea and the sea theme, which is why the building resembles a ship in shape and is filled with many objects related to the sea. Everything here is preserved as in the life of a poet. The house consists of many rooms that form a real labyrinth. The exposition of the museum tells about the daily life and creative activity of Neruda. The museum is one of the three museums dedicated to Pablo Neruda in Chile.
