Monkey Jungle and Zip Line Adventures

Quite an interesting place, worth a visit. A scenic road through the rainforest, followed by a series of seven long, tall and fast Zip lines – a kind of hybrid bungalow and cable car. Very adrenaline pleasure, especially when you fall vertically into a cave, the bottom of which is not visible :

Finally, the highlight of the program is acquaintance with two families: squirrel monkeys and capuchin monkeys. Squirrels live on free-range, visitors can feed them with their hands, they climb on you like on wood - in general, the sweetness is incredible. Capuchins are in an enclosure, but only because they are all victims of poachers, uncle a la “who wants to take a picture with a monkey on a leash” and other squirrels. The excursion to the monkeys was conducted by a young primatologist Aaron, who takes care of them on a voluntary basis. Lots of interesting facts!

In addition to monkeys, there are a huge number of animals on the territory, both tame (rabbits, parrots, etc.), and not very much. And the money received from tourists goes to finance a dental clinic for poor local residents, for which all this was started.
