Machai Falls

The waterfalls road in Ecuador is 25 kilometers of untouched beauty. This road stretches from the town of Bonhos to the town of Puyo and you can see a dozen picturesque waterfalls, including the Machay waterfall, which is considered one of the most powerful waterfalls along the way.
The water forming this waterfall falls from a height of about 70 meters and the descent to it is quite risky - the path is steep and unpredictable. On the way, however, you can enjoy the observation of exotic flora and fauna, as well as the opening picturesque Ecuadorian landscapes. The water in the falls is cold, especially compared to the air temperature, but some tourists still swim.
