Hanging coffins of Sagada, rice terraces, waterfall, dawn at the peak, cave and strawberry farm Baguio

Description:

The tour starts in Manila, but not a problem if you are vacationing in Cebu. In order to organize a trip, you need to make a route in advance, in which I will gladly help you. Flight to Manila. Meeting with the group at 19:00 near the shopping center and departure to Banaue in a minivan. Night move.

Early in the morning at dawn you will see the beauty of the rice terraces that will accompany you from the window along the way. What is not grown on the terraces: rice, cabbage, potatoes and other vegetables. Here you will see the national clothes and lives of farmers in the Philippines.

After a short move from Banaue to Sagada, you can relax a little in the room and it will be time for adventure in the Sumaging cave. This cave perfectly trains your muscles with a long walk and even a little pull-up on a rope with knots to climb into the hole of the cave and go on. You will see fossils that are thousands of years old.

Near the exit from the cave there is a small cafe with herbal tea and real fruit yogurt, which are made here at every turn. After such a walk through the dark corridors of the caves, you will sleep like babies.

In the morning after breakfast you will have a trip to the Bomod-Ok waterfall. More precisely, a hike. For you will have to walk a long way down the stairs, then on the rice terraces (just look at them very close), and finally on a narrow path. A huge waterfall in hot weather will please you with its coolness. He's really stunningly beautiful. But the way back will be on the same road up, which will make you sweat. But it's worth it. Fitness fitness again. Only 2 kilometers up.

After lunch and rest you will go to the Echo Valley. A stunning place in the mountains with pine trees and boulders. This is where the hanging coffins are located. You will learn how to dry people and why they were hung on a rock. The mystery of why some coffins were placed at the entrance to the caves or brought deep into the darkness will also be revealed.

The next day will be interesting and memorable. It will start very early in the morning. You can watch the dawn at Kiltipan Peak. You will arrive in the dark. There, the locals will offer you hiking food, which is not so bad. You can drink coffee drinks and eat rice porridge with stew or sweets.

You will find a beautiful road through the mountain system. You will see the highest point of the Philippines. Next stop is Baguio. This is the summer capital of the Philippines, where the air temperature during the day is about 16 degrees and in the summer heat, the capital residents like to cool down there on weekends. Here you will walk through the park, take a photo of the national red clothes and stop at a strawberry farm, where strawberries ask for only 150 pesos per kilogram. You can eat this delicious and delicious strawberry. In the evening you will return to Manila and fly to Cebu.
