My personal entry into the art world of France and its haute cuisine, as well as elite wines, was conditioned by living in a hotel-restaurant owned by my husband. From practice to theory, and now several higher educations are behind, including tourism and gastronomic. After working in the tour operator, with experience in working with the group and individually, I make proposals for the development of the route and its conduct.
