Rosetti Square
Rue Rosetti et Rue Centrale, Nice, France
Description:
Place Rossetti is considered the geographical center of Nice. It's located in the old town. It is on it that the baroque cathedral of the city - Saint-Reparat - stands. The cathedral itself was built in the XVII century, but the most interesting parts of the cathedral complex for tourists, namely the bell towers and the tile vault, were erected in the XVIII century.
The square itself, surrounded on all sides by 5-6 storey houses, retains elements of hospitable coziness - there are many small cafes waiting for their visitors. Resting in a cafe, enjoying the coolness of the fountain, which is located on the square, you can try everything from ice cream to delicious Italian pizza.
