  Organizational details

• Start of the tour near the Louvre. You will know the exact meeting place after making an advance payment.
• The tour starts at 10:00 and 13:30.
• The tour is held for groups of 3 people. Before paying, please check if the tour will take place by contacting us.
• We go to the Louvre without a queue, so don’t be late – we recommend coming 5 minutes before the start. If you are late, entry without a queue will not be possible and you will not be able to join the group.
• If there are people with disabilities among the participants, please report this in advance.
• The tour will be conducted by me or one of the experienced guides of my team.
• Entrance tickets to the Louvre are paid separately.
• The tour can be held in an individual format (250 euros for a group of 1-5 people), in this case, tickets are also purchased additionally.
• You can buy tickets for 9:30 for the excursion at 10:00 or 13:00 for the excursion at 13:30.
• Be sure to let your guide know if you already have tickets or a Paris Museum Pass.
• You can also purchase tickets through a guide, providing your details (names and surnames in Latin, as well as age). The cost of tickets is 30 euros per person.
• If you cancel the tour less than 48 hours before the start of the tour, the advance payment is not refunded.
• When booking a tour, please provide the names and surnames of all participants over the age of 18 (Latin).
• Payment of the remaining amount for the tour is made in cash in euros. In France, 200 and 500 euro banknotes are not accepted, so prepare a smaller banknote in advance.
