Walking tour of Montmartre "Two-Face Montmartre"

Montmartre is a spiritual, creative, creative, revolutionary and rebellious district of Paris.

We will start with the lower Montmartre, where “he” was always, as they wrote about him: “a guljaka, a bully, a girl of easy behavior”, where once there was a lot of “houses of tolerance”, and now it is only exotic “boutiques” and bars for onlookers and football fans “under the shaffe” wanting to see something unimaginable in an institution with large glass windows and a capacious name – “Sexodrome”.

I assure you, for the French themselves, this is the same “tourist exotic” as it will be for you.

But we will quickly rise to that Montmartre who will appear before you as an artist, a writer, but also an ardent supporter of religion, "praying unceasingly," as it is written at the entrance to the basilica.

We will walk with you through the special corners of Montmartre to learn its history and legends about its celebrities like Dalida, Picasso, Renoir or Toulouse Lautrec. We can visit the Museum of Artists of Montmartre and the Museum of the outrageous Salvador Dali.

Let's finish with the saints, the basilica dedicated to the heart of Christ, the Sacre Coeur, which rises 130 meters above the level of Paris, and I'll show you even its underground church.

On Montmartre you can eat in the old restaurant "Mother Catherine", where the Russian Cossacks who entered Paris after the defeat of Napoleon visited. On the Tertres Square you can choose your favorite picture and can even take your “freshly painted” portrait with you by artists, of whom there are many from different parts of the world.

At the end of the tour, I will show you small shops - boutiques of Montmartre, where you can buy unusual souvenirs.

We will go down with you to the world famous cabaret "Moulin Rouge" and you will learn what is "French Can-Can" and if you want to feel in Paris in the evening as in a beautiful era of the XIX century, I will help you buy tickets in the cabaret.
