Bercy Sports Palace is located in Paris, on Bercy Boulevard. It is designed for various equestrian and concert events, which can be watched by 17 thousand spectators. This is a unique place equipped with the most modern technical means, excellent light, sound and other special effects.
The building has a pyramidal shape. Its walls are made in the form of a sloping lawn. This unusual structure was invented by French architects Andrault-Parat, Guvan and Prouve. The first concert took place here in February 1984, performed by the German rock band Scorpions. In 1910, the rock band Bon Jovi organized a concert on the roof of the stadium and gathered a record number of spectators.
Regularly there are tournaments in gymnastics, basketball, handball, boxing, equestrian and cycling sports.
