Trocadero Garden
11 Place du Trocad ro et du 11 Novembre, 75116 Paris, France
Description:
The first trees in the Trocadero were planted in 1878, just before the World's Fair, which was held in Paris. In those days, gardens were considered a symbol of social harmony.
Today, the Trocadero is an unusually beautiful garden in the English style, located on both sides of the Chaillot Palace. Here grow such species of trees as chestnuts, oaks, several species of cherry, linden, apple trees, beech and many others.
There are also several sculptures in Trocadero, most of which were brought here in the 1930s.
In addition, this picturesque garden is distinguished by its naturalness and proximity to the main attractions of Paris.
