Embankment of the Seine

2 Rue de l'Amiral de Coligny, 75001 Paris, France

Description:

The Seine River is one of the main transport lines of France, and its total length exceeds 700 kilometers. This river flows through Paris, giving the city a special charm. Along the river are cozy streets with wide sidewalks, along which stretches many ancient buildings and architectural monuments. Almost from the river itself, a long staircase leads to the D'Orsay Museum, where a rich collection of paintings and sculptures is collected. The embankment of the Louvre and the embankment of Conti are connected by the massive arched Pont Neuf bridge with a length of 280 meters, which offers a very beautiful view of both the Seine and the Paris streets. In the evening, walks along the embankment streets of the Seine are especially romantic - in the light of lanterns, the river looks fabulously beautiful, and the play of street musicians creates a unique mood.
