Monument to Joan of Arc at St. Augustine's Church

On the square in front of the Church of St. Augustine in 1896 was installed the second in Paris equestrian monument to Joan of Arc by sculptor Jean Dubois. The sculpture depicts the Orléans maiden with a sword in her right hand, the warrior’s eyes raised to the sky. By its artistic merits, the monument significantly surpasses the gilded brother from the Pyramid Square.
