9 Rue Scribe, Paris, France | Ecole Nationale Vtrinaire d'Alfort
About the company:
The Fragonard perfume museum is the most famous and unique perfume museum in the world. The museum is named after the painter Jean Honore Fragonard (1732-1806). Entering the museum, visitors get into the charm of the smells of rose, bergamot, violet, lavender, ambergra, described in the novel “Perfumer” by P. Suskind. In this temple of smells you will learn about the history of the creation of perfumes, about ancient devices that made perfumes, about the appointment of various bottles and about amazing people who are able to distinguish several hundred flavors with their sense of smell.
There are about 400 such unique people in the world, half of whom work in France. The museum is divided into three sections: in the first section "Perfume" collected fragrances from around the world, in the second under the name "Art of living" housed items of home design, and the third is a store in which customers are offered not only perfumes, but also jewelry and fashionable clothes.
