Park Merle

Merle Park is located on the most popular French ski resort Chamonix near Mont Blanc. The park stretches on an area of twenty hectares on a mountain slope with a beautiful view of the highest peak of France. The landscapes of the park are very diverse, and the elevation difference is quite significant - mountain pastures here alternate with forest areas.

In Merle, you can observe various mountain animals in their natural habitat - noble and spotted deer, mountain goats, mouflons, llamas and chamois, as well as many marmots. For visitors, trails are laid in the park, designed for different duration of the walk. Merle is perfect for family holidays with children.

There are picnic areas in front of the park. A small cafe "Balconies Merle" will offer you snacks, salads and signature cookies Savoyardi with coffee on a beautiful panoramic terrace. The park is open from May to September every day except Monday, as well as on Christmas holidays and Easter.
