About the company:

The Heine Museum, located in the German city of Düsseldorf, is the only museum in the world dedicated to the life and work of the famous poet of the romantic era Heinrich Heine. The museum occupies the building of an ancient mansion built in the classical style, in which in 1797 a poet with a world name was born. The museum was opened in 1970. During the Second World War, the museum building was badly damaged, but it was completely restored.

The expositions of the museum are dedicated to the life and work of Heinrich Heine. Among the exhibits are the manuscripts of the poet, the first editions of his books, personal belongings telling the story of his life. The most valuable exhibit of the museum is the Heine death mask.

On the ground floor of the two-story mansion there is a literary cafe Schnabelewopski, where literary evenings are held, where young talents of Düsseldorf read their works.
