Taunusturm is a 170-meter high skyscraper located in the heart of Frankfurt. Taunusturm is currently in the final stage of construction, the company Tishman Speyer plans to deliver the facility in December 2013.
The scale of the construction is obvious, as the total area of the building, which will have 40 elevators, is about 85 750 square meters. The predominant building material of the skyscraper was white stone and glass. The style of the building was developed by Gruber + Kleine-Kraneburg, which received permission to build the building on the third attempt. The 40 floors of Taunusturm are designed for offices and residential apartments, and the lower floors will be rented out for shops and restaurants.
