Hamburg

Sailing in Hamburg

Description:

The city of Hamburg is closely connected with water. Not only because it is the largest port in Germany, but also because two more rivers, numerous canals and three artificial lakes pass through the entire city. One of them I suggest you to take a walk under sail, namely - on the Outer Alster.

Since the mid-19th century, the shores of the lake were inhabited by wealthy citizens: bankers, senators, owners of shipping companies. Luxury villas of that time have survived and new ones have been built.

Admire the Hanseatic architecture, the silhouettes of the city, the picturesque park around the lake and just enjoy the peace and quiet you can from the board of a small sailboat designed for a maximum of 6 people.

An experienced captain (speaks German and English) will take you around Outer Alster and show you the most beautiful places.

You can pre-order drinks on board the sailboat.

If you would like a tour in Russian during the walk, I will gladly conduct it for you.

And as they say in Hamburg, going on a voyage - "Ahoi!"
