Germany, Hamburg, Neinmünster, Ship Museum
About the company:
The Ship Museum is a private museum, developed in 2008, in a small building of a former warehouse.
The museum is very rich in various models of ships and completely different antiquities, the collection has 40,000 items and about a million photographs.
The emergence of the museum is quite consistent with the urban spirit, in the city shipowners and merchants lived and live not only to earn a lot of money, but also for them the sharing of income with the public is a matter of honor. At the opening of the museum, Federal President Koehler said that the opening of the museum is a show of responsibility.
A large number of museum exhibits were collected by eighty-year-old Peter Tramm, who donated his entire rich collection to the Maritime Museum. The museum is housed in an old port building, which was built in 1878.
It is the only international maritime museum in the world, meaning it covers the history of the world. The museum displays the entire period of 3,000 years. The International Maritime Museum is one of the most beloved places in Hamburg, visited daily by thousands of tourists from all over the world!
