The romance of the Rhine, covered with sagas and legends of the Middle Ages, can really be felt here, on the stretch of the middle Rhine between Koblenz and Rüdesheim. Our path runs along the banks of the mighty and romantic Rhine. The coastal landscape of the Rhine appears to your eye: carefully cut sections of well-groomed vineyards alternate, as if from the past, with castles and fortresses that came to visit us.
We make stops in Linz-on-Rhine, Koblenz, visit the fortress of Marxburg, get to the town of Rüdesheim, cross to the opposite side of the Rhine, watch Baharach, return to the place of the beginning of the excursion.
The cliff of Lorelei, sung by poets in verse and prose, we will observe while walking on a boat, but the views and landscapes of the Rhine are better perceived by the eye and camera from the height of the hills, which we also climb.
The tour includes a visit to the knight's castle Marxburg, which has remained unchanged since the 13th century.
The tour will end with a tasting of the best wines in the town of Baharakh or another winemaking center (at your choice at my suggestion).
