Lowenbrau Beer
Nymphenburger Straß e 2, M nchen, Germany
About the company:
The most famous beer establishment in Munich is Lowenbrau. This iconic restaurant caters for 2,000 visitors, has a 1,000-seat beer garden and is close to Munich Central Station.
It opened in 1883 and in the past accommodated almost twice as many visitors. The fact is that during the bombing in 1944, the huge hall was destroyed, and after the war was restored in a much smaller size. Lowenbrau remains one of the most luxuriously decorated beer establishments in Munich.
Visitors are attracted all year round, bringing joy not only from beer (which, by the way, is brewed across the street), but also excellent Bavarian cuisine. Beer here is customary to eat roasted pork ribs.
