Excursion to Neuschwanstein Castle and Linderhof Palace
Description:
This tour goes like this:
I pick you up from the Munich Hotel, as a rule, at 8.30-9.00 First, we go to Neuschwanstein Castle and within 2 hours (120 km) on the way to the castle I tell the story of its builder-Bavarian “fairytale” King Ludwig II. We come to the town of Hoenschwangau, where the "fairytale" Neuschwanstein Castle stands, you inspect the externally nearby Hoenschwangau Castle, buy out the entrance tickets I booked in advance to the castle and on a carriage with horses or on foot climb to the top of Neuschwanstein Castle for about 15-20 minutes. The tour in the castle with an audio guide in Russian lasts 35 minutes. After visiting the castle, you are photographed on the observation deck against the background of the castle itself. Then, we drive in the direction of Munich about 80 km to the “Bavarian mini-universal”, Linderhof Palace. The tour of the palace lasts 25 minutes, usually led by local guides in English or German. At the same time, you are given a folder with a description of all rooms in Russian. Sometimes, if a significant number of Russian-speaking tourists are recruited, the employees of the castle allow me to take a separate tour in Russian. After visiting the palace, we go back to Munich within an hour.
