Neuhauser Street
Neuhauserstrasse Street, Munich, Germany
Description:
Neuhauser Street is part of the Old Munich pedestrian zone built for the 1972 Olympics.
Now Neuhauserstrasse, as it is usually called, is considered one of the busiest shopping streets in Europe. There are not only small boutiques of narrow specialization, but also large trading houses, as well as various beauty salons, beer bars and restaurants.
In addition to the shops on Neuhauserstrasse, there are architectural and historical attractions, such as the bronze fountain built in 1962 in honor of the composer Richard Strauss, the Jesuit Church of St. Michael or the German Museum of Hunting and Fisheries.
