St. Lorenz Church in Nuremberg

Karolinenstrase, Nurnberg, Germany

Description:

The Church of St. Lorenz is located in the heart of Bavaria, Nuremberg. The architectural style of the shrine is made in an exclusively Gothic style, as evidenced by the well-preserved style of the building, in particular, stained glass windows with a diameter of 9 meters. The Romanesque basilica of the XIII century is a characteristic feature of the building.

In addition to the rich external ornament, visitors to the church are waiting for a luxurious interior decoration. In particular, the imperial stained glass window of 1477 and the stained glass window of Volklamer.

Notable are the two bell towers of the church, whose height reaches 80 and 81 meters. However, the innermost pearls of the church are the gilded candelabra and the sculpture "Angel's Greeting" by Faith Stoss.
