Potsdam, a modest German town, is located on the border with Berlin. The Hohenzoller royal family chose it as their summer residence. Since then, the fate of the city has changed dramatically. Over 200 years, the face of Potsdam has changed beyond recognition.

From a small town, it becomes the center of cultural and social life in the Kingdom of Prussia! In it, royal palaces appear, surrounded by beautiful parks, churches grow, noble people close to the royal court begin to build their pompous houses in Potsdam.

After them in Potsdam, highly qualified artisans begin to pull up, for which solid two or three-storey houses are built, which have come down to us in their original form. Together with the royal palaces, they form the historical part of Potsdam. Our tour begins with our meeting in the lobby of your hotel. Then by public transport we go to Potsdam. During the road I will introduce you to the general history of Potsdam and tell you some interesting and interesting stories related to this beautiful city! During the tour, we will get acquainted with the palace and park of San Suci, the New Royal Palace, we will walk through the park, go to the royal bedrooms, climb the greenhouse and see the palace complex from a height. At the foot of San Susi is a wooden windmill, climbing which will bring pleasure, and your ear at this time will please an interesting story about the owner of this mill, or rather his conflict with the Prussian King. The next stop is historic Potsdam. We will see the village built for the Dutch, walk through the streets of the old city, pass under the Brandenburg Gate, explore the fabulous Nauenov Gate. We can climb to the dome of the church of St. Nicholas, which offers a wonderful view of old Potsdam.

We will see another royal palace, the old town hall and many other interesting sights in the area. Smoothly moving from the historical part of the city, we get to the village of Alexandrovka, after getting acquainted with this miracle of architecture and learning its history, we move to the Royal Palace of Sicilyen Hof. This is an unusual palace, clearly leaving impressions with its coziness and beauty, as well as the desire to return here. Sicilian Hof is widely known for hosting the Potsdam Conference.

Visiting the Museum of the Potsdam Conference, you can feel the aura of that difficult time. For lovers of German beer, I suggest you visit the brewery, where you can taste beer, the recipe of which is more than 200 years old and try German cuisine.
