Athens fountains

The Athenian fountains are one of the many sights of Stuttgart. They are located on the top of Charles, drowning in green spaces, among which are numerous natural springs.

The first thing that attracts attention is a two-tier sculpture of two gods. The first tier is the head of Zeus, on which stands the goddess Athena with a shield and raised right hand. A short distance from this sculpture is located Pandora in the nude, sitting on a stone ledge in a brooding pose, with a sad expression on her face. In the distance you can see the belligerent Prometheus, the position of his body seems to indicate that he is now ready to throw himself into battle.
