Gewa 5to1 Tower
Friedrich-List-Strasse 2, Fellbach, Germany
Description:
The Gewa 5to1 Tower is a futuristic building in the town of Philbeck, northeastern outskirts of Stuttgart, Germany. This is a planned complex development, which consists not only of residential buildings, but also of commercial premises. In addition, a Medical Service Center (MDZ) will be added to the Gewa 5to1 tower. The height of such a structure reaches 107 meters. It consists of 34 floors, the upper of which provide an opportunity to view the panorama of Stuttgart.
The project was presented in September 2007 in 3D animation format. The Gewa 5to1 made a good impression on the public. According to the idea, it is surrounded by relatively small buildings, neat alleys and cozy benches. The shape of the structure has a rather unique look with curved lines made in white. The tower was designed by Jörg Volk of Baknang, and the investors were brothers Michael and Mark Warbanoff.
