Halkidiki (Sithonia)
Description:
The tour is held from late April to early October.
The goal is to show the beauty of the second finger of the Halkidiki – Sithonia.
Sithonia is a peninsula named after the giant of the same name, the son of Poseidon. According to legend, it was in the picturesque groves of Sithonia that the ruler of the underworld Hades managed to lure the beautiful Persephone to himself. Sithonia offers a quieter, more secluded holiday in the truly virgin corners of earthly paradise, where cedar and pine groves descend unacceptably close to the sea surface.
The route includes beaches, coves, places where there are no large crowds of tourists, as well as a visit to the winery, shops with delicious Greek honey of the Siton brand, as well as a walk through the colorful ancient part of one of the villages.
At your request, lunch in the village of Sarti (not included in the price).
