Heraklion

Museum of Man

The museum is located 45 kilometers from Heraklion, Crete, Greece.

About the company:

The Museum of Man is perhaps the most fun museum that tells about the history of mankind, ranging from an amusing exposition of a Stone Age dwelling to a huge “satellite dish” with photos of Neil Armstrong.

The museum is rather a theme park, walking through which you will see a funny sculpture of a caveman’s dog, you will be able to sit on his throne, admire the homemade monuments of Yuri Gagarin and Laika. Some of the exhibits are written joke signs that sometimes cause explosions of laughter among visitors to the museum.

The Museum of Man is a great place for active recreation.
