Delphi - the center of the world and the "navel of the earth"

Description:

Delphi is considered an open-air museum. The place is truly mysterious, mysterious and legendary, because it houses the most famous oracle of ancient Greece, for centuries was a cultural and religious center, a symbol of unity for all Greeks. According to the myth – the center of the whole world or “navel of the earth”, because it was here that two eagles, released by Zeus from opposite ends of the earth, met. It is not a place of dazzling brilliance and noise characteristic of tourist centers, but a place where you can touch magic, unknown and intellectual mysticism. Primordial nature and ancient ruins organically combine, complementing and enhancing the beauty of each other.

Delphi was repeatedly looted and its treasures stolen. But despite this, they retain all their grandiosity, which you can only believe when you see them.
