Excursion to Kazbegi
Description:
The start of the tour is about 9-10 hours.
On the way we will make stops around:
- the picturesque Jinval Reservoir;
- Ananuri fortress, the main advantage of which is that all the walls and towers are preserved, you can even climb into one of the towers;
- fusion of black and white Aragvi in Pasanauri;
- observation deck near the ski resort of Gudauri;
- Observation deck "Arc of Friendship", if desired, there is an opportunity to fly on a paraglider.
- pass the cross pass with a mark of 2395 m;
- source of mineral water;
- Stepantsminda village, where, if you are lucky with the weather, we will see one of the most beautiful peaks of Georgia Kazbek peak, 5047 m high.
- We will climb to an altitude of 2170 m, where we will see the beautiful Church of the Holy Trinity in Gergeti, dating from the 14th century (climb to the temple by SUV is paid separately $ 25 per car).
Then we return to Tbilisi and take a break for lunch if we wish.
