Kazbegi and the Georgian Military Road
Description:
Our journey will take place along the Georgian Military Road towards the border with Russia. This is the oldest and most important transport artery connecting Russia and the countries of Transcaucasia for several centuries. Along the way, we will visit many attractions such as the Ananuri architectural complex, the merger of White and Black Aragvi, the Arch of Friendship of Peoples, the Cross Pass.
Upon arrival in Kazbegi, you will need to rent an SUV (included in the price) with a driver in order to climb to the Trinity Church of Gergeti, located at an altitude of 2170 m. In good weather, you can enjoy the fascinating view of the famous mountain Kazbek.
